Each modular unit is deployable in 3 months and produces 300–320 kg of fresh mushrooms daily. Market Strategy & Value Proposition Targeting Bangalore’s booming Quick Commerce, Retail, D2C, and HORECA sectors, we solve the critical supply chain gaps of freshness and handling: Farm-to-Fork Speed: Mushrooms are delivered within 6–10 hours of harvest, ensuring premium texture and extending shelf life for retailers. Nutritional Fortification: Our mushrooms are organically grown and UV-treated to naturally enhance Vitamin D content, catering to health-conscious consumers. Hygiene: Superior post-harvest handling eliminates contamination risks prevalent in traditional supply chains. Sustainability & Circular Economy The operation is a zero-waste, climate-smart ecosystem: Energy: Powered by a 60 kW solar PV system with battery storage for grid independence. Water: Multi-stage biological purification (phytoremediation, RO) allows for water reuse and groundwater recharge. Waste: Agricultural residue becomes substrate; spent substrate is converted into high-value organic fertilizer. No solid waste leaves the facility.
