In their own words

1. Write up about the innovative nature of business. Our Start up is in the ‘last-mile mobility’ domain. This domain means that tech-powered services bring a structured and organized solution to mobility problems in India. Our business is innovative because – a) Tech-empowered – The engine running our business will be a sophisticated optimization algorithm that will ensure that we are able to provide consistent & reliable service b) Artificial intelligence Powered: The technology will be running on an innovative set of machine learning and rule-based algorithms that will check which tasks are stuck or at an error state which in turn minimizes the human intervention. If someone has filled up their pickup and drop address, the information will automatically be processed in such a manner that if a partner, for some reason gets stuck at a location, the algorithms will send a notification to the backend representative and only then does a human intervention take place. c) Indian-Centric – In India, are bringing solutions that leverage western technologies combined with a thorough and native understanding of Indian problems. 2. What is the problem that the start up is solving? Last-mile mobility solutions recognize that there has been a long-standing need for ‘mobility’ i.e. the concept that people need to move things efficiently and in a time bound manner. We specifically see a huge need for mobility solutions in India for the below reasons. a) Developing transport infrastructure – Indian metropolitan cities are making huge strides in creating public and private transport solutions, but these are accompanied with congestion and traffic, which creates inconvenience for prospective customers in the short run. Hence, our startup model becomes a savior in a situation wherein a customer is stuck somewhere and is unable to get the article by himself. He can just pick up his mobile phone and get the item directly at the desired destination. b) Highly dense, urban populations – Indian metropolitan cities have a combination of multi-generational families and first-generation migrants to the cities. This increases the number of people at every level of economic well-being. The need for mobility is a basic human need that is true for all levels of the economy especially in urban, crowded cities. There has been a significant increase in the culture of migration from small villages and cities to metropolitan cities in India leading to highly dense population and creating a major ruckus in terms of traffic on the roads and infrastructural issues in the economy. We assist in solving the problem of traffic on the roads by sending our rider to pick up several articles and deliver the same at the customer’s desired location, instead of each and every customer getting on the road and in turn increasing the traffic. With a full stack approach, R-Indventures leverages artificial intelligence and human operators in providing solutions for consumers’ everyday tasks. Its services through a mobile app, as part of the features offered, R-Indventures enables users to create multiple tasks and track them simultaneously. c) Upwardly mobile social class – As metropolitan Indians have moved into service-sector jobs, they have a decreasing amount of time but an increasing disposable income to fulfill their ‘mobility’ problems. Hence we save their time by taking care of their mobility needs which in turn help them to invest their saved time in other important spheres. Currently, last mile mobility solutions have empowered businesses by creating business models dependent on business partnerships. We want to truly empower the consumers first and give them the ability to solve their mobility needs in a convenient and trustworthy manner. Specifically, we see no solution in the market that is dedicated to moving things between people. Current solutions move things from businesses to people. 3. How does your startup propose to solve this problem? We are creating a person-to-person delivery network. We want to combine the ease-of-use of delivery services with the trust and reliability of courier services. We will create a solution where consumers can request our fleet to pick up and deliver from addresses of their choosing. They will not be bound by the businesses available on the platform. Additionally, they will be able to send and receive packages from people. Down the line, scale solutions also include short-term storage and lagged delivery, repeated scheduling tasks, and the ability to hire a dedicated individual for a specified period of time. 4. Uniqueness of your solution. As aforementioned, we recognize that the mobility needs are currently fulfilled in an ad-hoc and inadequate manner. Our differentiation
