AEROSPACE ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED (AEPL) Salem, Tamilnadu, an AS9100D, DGAQA, EMS 14001, OHSAS 45001 & a ZED GOLD rated company is one of the leading organizations in manufacturing the Aeronautical components with utmost precision in India under metallic and non metallic group. This organization is founded in 1988 to meet the requirements of Aerospace components both in the homeland and abroad. This pioneering company located in The Salem Aeropark, NH-7 Ammapalayam Village, Mallur, Salem, Tamilnadu state has been working vigorously to achieve PLATINUM rating in ZED. AEPL is NADCAP accredited by PRI certification body for CHEMICAL PROCESSING. AEPLs QUALITY CLINIC SYSTEM is certified by UTC Aerospace Systems, USA. AEPL is approved for ‘PRODUCTION ORGANIZATION EXPOSITION’ by DGCA as per ITSO C140 and CAR21 Subpart ‘G’. A long term contract with ‘EGYPTIAN ARMAMENT AUTHORITY’ is signed by AEPL for a period of 5 years for supply of AEROSPACE COMPONENTS to Egypt. Currently it has been expanding its service with an efficient team of 250 numbers of employees to deliver quality products of global requirements and by extending services to its esteemed global customers, in Aerospace and Defence domain. With roots dated back 20 years, AEPL has been maintaining its front runner position in the industry because of its highest quality products. Conscious about and sensitive to industry market needs its products are customized to meet the ever expanding requirements of the esteemed clients world wide. About 116 variety of rubber compounds that meet the Global Aviation Standards as per Design, Development and Production of Military Aircraft and Airborne Stores (DDPMAS) are approved by Global Airworthiness. The Inflatable cockpit seals are dexterously developed for Kiran, LCA, LCA Trainer, Su30MKI and IJT. AEPL has victoriously ventured more than 15,000 parts that comply with global aviation requirements with rigorous stringent quality standards which have eventually earned the absolute approval of authorities. Centre for Military Airworthiness Certification (CEMILAC) from INDIA has accorded air worthy clearance for 1124 approval which include rubber components for use on aircraft, helicopters, missiles, Civil Aviation and other systems. AEPL has proved its mettle in Missile Projects too. Strict adherence to the set Aviation quality standards enables AEPL to develop seals and gaskets and to fulfill customer’s requirements catering to the prescribed standards of Design, Development and Production of Military Aircraft and Airborne Stores (DDPMAS) resulted in AEPL’s manufacturing of more than 1200 components that befit every major engine programs. The long –term supply agreements, especially for engine projects like Su30, Shakthi, Artouste, Garrett, Orpheus, Dart, Adour, PTAE through Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., Bangalore and Sukhoi Engine Division, Koraput, will bring out AEPL’s inevitability in this field. AEPL has launched its new manufacturing setup named “The Salem Aeropark LLC” at Texas USA.
