Radian Finserv provides retail gold backed loans using a digital first approach. We use top end technology to provide superior customer service through the Radian app and web portal, and seamless digital processes used in the backend. Radian provides doorstep service to customers, so that customers do not need to leave the comfort of their home, and the loan is processed and transferred before we take the gold ornaments. Gold would be stored in our IOT powered vaults or in partner bank vaults. We would also provide safe storage through doorstep pick up (and partial retrieval as needed) facility to customers.
