RAIBARELI BIOTECH LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED is proposed to setup a production plant of pharmaceutical products at its registered office. Initially company will manufacture twenty five number of products containing Intravenous Fluid and sale it in Indian subcontinent and abroad preferably in South African countries. The company have own factory land at Raebareli of approximately 1,25,000 square feet. With RAIBARELI BIOTECH LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED, start-ups get an added advantage of technical and operational mentoring from industries top-leaders and professionals having more than 20+ years of experience in their fields to help the young start-ups face challenges and devise solutions to become a unicorn.The initial cost of the project to start the production of IV Fluids is approx. 60.86 crores which includes 27+ products. In the second phase the company will invest Rs.15 crores in machines to enhance the existing capacity by ten another more products.In third phase the company will invest Rs. 20 crores more for manufacturing of injectable and essential tablet, capsules and insulins to enhance the basket of company production which also needs in IPD patient. This Company primarily will manufacture Intravenous Fluid which are widely used to Indoor Patient in all the Human Hospital / Government Hospital countrywide. Our mission is to capture the share of domestic market for our product providing high quality & large spectrum of medical needs, to reach the maximum number of end-users. Then after by increasing our capacity to enter in International Market too. To be recognized as reliable & quality conscious supplier of premium pharmaceutical & medical product, at the most affordable prices, to be benefited the largest numbers of customers with utmost safety & quality. We will also enter to manufacture all the related medical & pharmaceutical products during expansion program of this organization. Highly qualified professionals, complemented by skill pharmaceuticals representatives. Utmost care will be taken to hire the best possible talent in term of skill to fit the organization’s culture & to fulfill our Hon. Prime Minister & Hon. Chief Minister’s goal of employment. However we will be generating approx. 500 to 600 no. of Direct & Indirect employment during inception & gradually increasing according to the expansion. To sharpen team skills & constantly improvement in productivity, continuous training programs will be held within the company for all level of employees. For specific training that arises from keeping pace with evolving technology. Our expansion program will be continuous process till achieve our goal as per following- First Phase – Intravenous Fluid Second Phase – Injectable Vials & Ampules Third Phase – Tablets & capsules Fourth Phase – Insulin & Vaccination Products Fifth Phase - Medical Devices Six Phase – Research & development. DIRECT & INDIRECT EMPLOYMENT  Direct Employment approx. 350 no. of employee in three shift , which will be on company’s pay roll to furnish inside work of factory like Plant Head , FFS machine operator & related helpers, RO System operator , Multicolumn System, DM System, Product Sterilization, Boiler Operator, inside supply chain helper (Women), Quality Assurance , Quality Control Lab (Men & Women both) , Packing line (Men & Women both) , Account Section, Kitchen Operator , Truck Loader of Finish Goods etc.  Indirect Employment contains factory’s accessories supplier like empty carton & mono carton supplier & their employee (As daily need of empty carton approx. 10000 no. & Mono Carton 1.0 lacs), Raw Material Supplier & their employee, Scrap Vender, Truck Operator & their employee, Product’s Label Supplier & their Employee (Initially Daily need of approx. 2.0 lacs no. of label & in future it shall be increased up to 5.0 lacs).  Outside factory employment like Tea Stall, Small Hotel & Dhaba, Auto –Rickshaw etc.
