Rajnigandha Social Foundaton is a well-respected organisation in Agra city famous for itshumanitarian initiatves. Since its inception in 2017, the foundation is involved in many financial inclusion programs to improve the livelihood of vulnerable communities residing in Agra district. Rajnigandha Social Foundation has been largely working with the footwear industry artisans and rendered small financial loans to them to start their own business. The foundation has also been part of several healthcare initiatives or the backward communities to ensure their well-being and holistic development. So far, the foundation has empowered more than 500 beneficiaries, mostly belonging to the artisans community in Agra. Vision 1. Impart job skill training to women artisans prerequisite in leather industry. 2. Eradicate poverty rampant among footwear industry artisans. 3. Develop sustainable training model for training and skill development. Mission Provide assistance to the vulnerable section of the society especially women and empower them to generate sustainable income. To fix the skill deficit by providing employer-based training and encourage financial inclusion among women. Objective Rajnigandha Social Foundation to train and funding to 1000 women artisans within 6 months in both skilling and up skilling.
