At Shoegaro we are providing a platform for connecting footwear artisans and small footwear manufacturers with various wholesalers, retailers and footwear brands across country through our hybrid B2B marketplace Kaarigarmandi.com. We have standardised the manufacturing processes of these small footwear manufacturers and footwear artisans which makes footwear manufactured by them more marketable to bulk buyers under single brand name Shoegaro. Through Kaarigar Mandi we are trying to provide one point solution to these footwear artisans for selling finished footwear to bulk buyers, buying various kind of raw material and machinery for manufacturing footwear and avail credit through NBFC to fulfil their working capital needs.We have implemented decentralized modular system in our manufacturing chain, where we have small manufacturing units of artisans associated with us with combined manufacturing capacity of 2600 pairs a day. All of these units can be attached or detached with us as per the demand of footwear and without any extra cost upon our business.We are dealing with premium footwear retailers and brands where no one has worked in such a professional and digital way as we are doing. Because of a the modular decentralised model of production with our standerdised artisans manufacturing units we are able to provide vast range of products, timely delivery and guarantee of quality with less then 1% rejection rate. Currently we have been operating in a blue ocean territory as there is no other competitor trying to bring tech enabled platform either on our targeted supplier side of artisans and small manufacturers or on our buyer side of brands and premium and semi premium retailers
