The company is also associated with the Institute of Agricultural & Rural Development. The company constantly generates employment by picking up people majorly youth who are searching for employment in Urban areas, counseling them, training them as per their interests, finding a job opportunity for them and recruiting them which contributes in reduction of the rate of unemployment in the country which is really improvising the lives of the people and for the country as well. In recent scenario the employers are looking for better employees and employees is looking for employment. It is necessary to do something. The company aims to fulfill this gap and improve its scalability.
