Raynumeric Simulation & Technologies was founded in the year 2017, with the mission, to provide solutions using numerical calculation & methodologies, to complex engineering problems faced by the industry. We, at Raynumeric, create and deploy "Digital Twin (DT)" and Enabling Technologies like Sensors, Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Network, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Edge computing to achieve better predictive maintenance, prevents down time, failures & unplanned outages, provide accurate prediction of Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of the asset, exercise better Control and Performance Optimization of the asset, ability to deal with Complex Systems & Remote assets, real-time monitoring of the physical asset, reduce operation & maintenance cost, reduce operational risks & hazards, thereby deliver safer and smarter products etc.. Models can be as simple as an Excel spreadsheet calculator, an in-house code, or a complete workflow that for example consist of CAD, grid generators, solvers and post processors, as well as linking them to PLM and corporate databases.
