RCube under license from Fraunhofer Institute, Germany has developed battery technology based on NaNiCl2 chemistry. Simply speaking, they are the closest that one can get to Solid State Batteries. The application of batteries is across broad range of industry from telecommunications, data centres, railways, power plants, petrochemical plants and energy storage from renewable sources and also in automotive segment. RCube’s battery is a commercially proven technology and is available from 5kWh to MWh power range.
