They sell on marketplaces but Commission on Zomato is 25%, Amazon holds 7-30 days payment, big basket does inventory model. Because of these three major problems small merchants in tier 3-6 cities facing revenue issues. Also, fintech companies are trying to become banks which is a loss to our traditional bank. So, Our platform will provide the platform to all the individuals, exporters, wholesalers, SMEs to make their own store, shipping, or delivery facilities with 3rd party to cut the commission, instant payment facilities. Bank will get their money digital as merchants will do digital transactions. Merchant can have full control over price and products. Also, our platform will provide contactless ordering system for restaurants, cafes, groceries, hotel, etc. this reduces the waiting time, boost income, benefit during the pandemic time.
