Hi, My name is Urmi. I run a company by the name of ‘Redefine You’. I’ve been a trainer and a Coach for the last 17 years. I help working professionals unleash their potential and transform themselves to be refined individuals to attain success in their career and personal life. I guide freshers and senior professionals with their career plans through training, mentoring & coaching. I also empower women to find their self worth and value themselves, thereby being the pillar of the family as a daughter, mother, wife and all other roles she plays. I believe a comfortable career life leads to a peaceful personal life and vice versa. I have and would love to continue to help aspiring students and working professionals, with Business Communication, Women Empowerment, Client Management, Soft Skills, Etiquettes and more. My services could potentially benefit individuals in the following ways: • Maintaining work-life balance • Empowering women for potential leadership • Improving teamwork and collaboration. • Increasing confidence & performance. • Developing proper work ethics & etiquette • Engaging in better client relations. • Heightening awareness of work culture to thrive organizational goals. and that’s not even the beginning of it.
