Referoute Technologies Private Limited is venturing in the market with an innovative idea of facilitating Individuals, Businesses and Institutes with a mechanism to convert the value of their network into a redeemable asset with proper authenticity and verification online. Referral as a solution has been one of the most preferred mode to seek a solution globally. Nearly 800 million users on Facebook post requirements to seek recommendations, globally about 48% of recruiters say their top source for hiring is employee referrals and 88% of the recruiters say employee referrals gives the best return on investment. However, referrals today happen via word of mouth and makes the referral seeker a victim of limited reach. Referoute is an exchange where Individuals, Companies and Institutes can send and receive referrals, such as referral of individual, products & services, companies, and others categories. The exchange also provides facilities to issuing requirements and redemption of successful referrals received including processing bonus payment of Cash and Vouchers to the successful referrer. Requirements on the exchange can be issued for a Job opening, Business sourcing, Campus initiatives and Recommendations. The exchange will function as a central market for requirement issuers and referrers consummating transactions in a closed network environment by using the website or mobile app or any other digital medium as offered in the future course. To be able transact on the exchange the user will have to list themselves with the exchange by providing their Name, Profile details and Contact details post an email verification. A user can initiate an exchange transaction by issuing a requirement for which the exchange will facilitate the issuer’s connections to bid someone or something from their network of connections and the exchange will make it easy for the successful bidders to redeem the earning to their bank accounts. Successful referrals by the bidders enables the exchange to convert their network into their net worth.
