To carry on the business of generating, accumulating, distributing and supplying energy using renewable sources, including but without limitation, wind, heat, solar, hydro, wave, tidal, ocean, geo-thermal, solar-Thermal, biogas, bio-mass, hydrogen and fuel cells and other such sources and to generate, buy, sell, supply, exchange, distribute, deal in and share the energy to Governments, Companies, Industrial Units, State Electricity Boards , for its own use or distribution or otherwise to other types of consumers of energy according to the Law for the time being in force. To Promote, Own, acquire, set up, erect, build, install, commission, construct, establish, maintain, improve, manage, operate alter, control, take on hire/ lease, carry out and run all necessary power substations, workshops, repair shops, wires, cables, maintain generators, machinery, electrical equipment and cables, wires, lines, accumulators, lamps, fittings and apparatus in the capacity of principals, contractors, or otherwise and to deal, buy, sell and hire all apparatus and things required for or used in connection with generation, distribution, supply, accumulation of energy including in the term energy all power that may be directly or indirectly derived there from. To acquire concession or licences, granted by or to enter into contracts with the Government of India, or any State Government, Municipal, or Local Authority or Statutory body, company or person in India for the construction and maintenance of any electric installation or the generation, production, transmission or use of electric power.
