"Rejoice Hospitality And Entertainment (OPC) Private Limited" Or "Rejoice Hotels" is a technology driven hospitality company that offers travelers standardized rooms booking at budget price through its website and application. Initially the Hotel is proposed to be started in the prime location of Chhatarpur, South West Delhi which will cater to demand of temporary / per day basis room renting. Our USP is that we provide the option of half day room renting / hourly basis room renting, we provide facility of pickup to our guests, we use application based tracking of needs and requirements of our guests like housekeeping, food, emergency and feedback. As the venture grows we will come up with features with or without a hotel like spa, gym, salon, cafe, bar, water and amusement parks in the same or different location as the hotel, depending upon demand, market opportunity and cash inflow in particular point of time. Our hotel will not just be a hospitable residing avenue for travelers but also an attraction for everyone to have an excursion during vacation. Our prices will be directly related to demand and supply of the market and package of services taken by customers. We aim to cater both B2C and B2B customers. Our company aims to successfully start a chain of such hotels across the globe. As per the market research done by us we have found that demand for hotels is very high and supply is very less in the proposed location (i.e Chhatarpur, Delhi) of our hotel, the customer base here is looking out for better services and more hotels to cater their needs. Hence giving us a great market opportunity to reap profit even on a reasonable price in the beginning and increased prices once our brand builds its patronage, which will make our venture scalable in least time. In later stage of our startup we propose to include features like tour and travel package, spa, gym, salon, cafe, bar, water and amusement park. We aim to scale up globally.
