The core offering of our entity Stackby of our entity is a next generation cloud based collaboration software for teams. It looks like a spreadsheet but has powers like a database. It is user friendly and one doesnt need any training to use it. Stackby is helpful for any corporate organisation who wish to plan, track and collaborate with its team. The objective of Stackby is to help the Corporate to Stop juggling between apps and help its team to produce great work with less cost and time. Stackby allows you to view data in Grid/Tabular mode, Kanban mode, Form mode, Timeline mode. Other features as described in our attached Pitch Deck shows that the product is innovative. Without prejudice to the above explanation that the Product is Innovative, the entity equally qualiies under the revised definition of Startup as it is scalable business model which helps to generate wealth to its stakeholders. It is a cloud based platform where the initial cost of development is already incurred and hence there is minimal maintenance cost which proves that the business model is scalable. The market is global and not restricted to any specific geographical boundaries and with easy Subscription plan, the entity shall be able to generate wealth for its shareholders. We are a team of 5 people including engineers, designers and marketers with diversified experience in Software and Game development and Venture Capital.
