Remedy Cancer Care is in the pro developing the first exclusive Head and Neck treatment centre in Uttar Pradesh focusing on providing surgical and non surgical treatment and access to affordable cancer to patients belonging to families below the poverty line, targeting the poorest and most vulnerable households in India. The services are provided to the underprivileged with the help of Ayushmaan Bharat and CM fund. Patients are also provided specialised healthcare, consultation and follow-up in their cancer care and recovery process post discharge fron in-hospital treatment. The aim of the team is not only treating but also educating the society about the cause and prevention of the diseases. Incidence of mouth cancer patients from lower income groups is one of the highest, Remedy Cancer Care conducts free healthcare check-ups with the intent of early detection and treatment options, awareness campaigns towards consumption of tobacco and its increased risks of oral cancer in tier 2-3 cities. Currently, Remedy Cancer Care is operating primarily in Uttar Pradesh, tier 2 and 3 cities including Jaunpur, Faizabad, Lakhimpur, farrukhabad, Sultanpur and Lucknow. It is now expanding its patient base to patients from Bihar/Chhattisgarh as well.
