RS-CARE is a tourist start-up that aims to provide property management, homestay services and elderly care services in Kerala, India. It aims to address two critical problems in Kerala, India. Firstly, there is a high number of vacant houses worth more than INR 50 lakhs in the state. Secondly, the population of elderly citizens is increasing rapidly, and they require care and support. RS- CARE will address these issues by managing vacant properties and converting some of them into homestays while providing additional services to the elderly living in their homes. The business idea is to target the vacant houses worth above INR 50 lakhs, which constitute 11% of the houses in Kerala, and offer property management services at a rate of INR 4500/- per month. The company will also convert 20% of the vacant houses into homestays to promote tourism in the state. Additionally, RS-CARE will provide elderly care services for those aged and left alone at home at an additional cost. The company aims to provide a holistic solution for property owners, tourists and elderly citizens, while generating revenue and creating employment opportunities.
