In-store, we deploy embedded cameras and analytics to study dwell, interest and hesitation at key display zones and run consent-based emotion & engagement analytics to improve merchandising and customer delight. On the backend, our multi-WAN edge network + private cloud enables real-time SKU performance dashboards, demand forecasting, and dynamic assortment per store cluster. We are developing a traceability layer that links hallmarking, batch IDs and repair history to the customer profile, improving buyback/exchange trust. Our omnichannel stack (POS + CRM + WhatsApp commerce) personalises offers and appointment slots, reducing walk-in wait times and improving conversion. The result is an improved process for jewellery retail that is data-driven, measurable, and scales across locations without diluting brand experience.
