Euphoria Cookies is a gourmet dessert brand dedicated to bringing the indulgent experience of New York-style soft-baked cookies to India. Euphoria Cookies aims to fill a gap in the Indian market by offering premium-quality cookies made with the finest ingredients, innovative recipes, and a commitment to excellence. Unlike traditional crispy cookies, our soft-baked cookies offer a chewy, melt-in-the-mouth texture, setting a new standard for indulgence. To complement our signature cookies, we also offer freshly churned ice cream and specialty coffee, creating the perfect dessert pairing for every occasion. Beyond creating exceptional treats, Euphoria Cookies is built on values of sustainability, community empowerment, and innovation. We are committed to sourcing local ingredients while maintaining an international-quality dessert experience. Additionally, our workforce will be at least 60% women, providing employment and skill development opportunities, including in technical roles. Starting in Mumbai, Maharashtra, Euphoria Cookies envisions expanding pan-India with a café concept, making our gourmet cookies easily accessible across the country. As we grow, we also plan to enter the packaged soft-baked cookie market, targeting retail stores, supermarkets, and airline catering. Euphoria Cookies is currently bootstrapped, with the founders investing their own earnings into the business. We are now in the process of securing funding and mentorship to transition from the idea stage to execution, with the goal of building India’s leading gourmet dessert brand.
