Retro Wovens Pvt Ltd, a forward-thinking startup, specializes in manufacturing Advanced Shuttle-Less Weaving Machines for the Indian weaving industry. Our approach involves the renovation of existing power looms, which means using the old machine frames and attaching our cutting-edge innovations, resulting in advanced, high-performance machines. (*We collect the old machines from the customer while we sell the new machines*) (optional). Also, If any unavailability of old machine frames, we procure the machine Frame separately from the casting industry. Key inventions incorporated into existing / old machine frames include: • All-New Rapier Drive System • Electronic Tuck-in Device (Patent Number: 497044) • Universal Electronic Let-Off Device • Universal Electronic Take-Up Device • Hybrid Electronic Jacquard System • IoT-Enabled Smart Loom Controller By this approach, we drastically reduce the machine manufacturing cost, as the machine frame manufacturing is costly. Therefore, we can produce high-tech machines at an affordable price for the weaning industry. At the same time, reusing machine frames decreases carbon emissions associated with manufacturing.
