What is the difference between Revive, Rejuvenate and refurbish batteries? OBJECTIVE REVIVAL REJUVENATE REFURBISH PURPOSE Charging live batteries Regenerating dead batteries Reuse of physically damaged batteries. CAPACITY & LIFE SPAM Charge batteries to its limit. Restore inside cell by melting sulphate crystal on the plate and grid. Provide maximum life to the used batteries. APPLICATION LIMIT Batteries with more than 1.75V No limit in Voltage (excluding physically damaged and ageing of batteries) Batteries with damaged plates or 70% physically damaged cant refurbish. METHOD Enforced electric charging Electric wave and Enzymatic stimulator method Using Laser plastic welding method. NIL What we do at Repower Battery Regenerating Centre:- • At our BRC we provide complete audit to each cell of all battery before declare it as Scrape. • Apply numerous technologies for the de-sulphating and renewing the capacity of battery as new one. o PWM(Pulse width modulation) o Pressure feedback o Resonant frequency. o Chemical method of regeneration. o Artificial intelligent method of charging. Highlight of Repower Battery Regeneration Centre:- 1. We use most innovative mechanism to Regenerate used lead-acid batteries. 2. We can regenerate all kind of Lead-Acid, wet and AGM or GEL batteries. 3. We can dissolve sulphated crystals from the lead plates with our various tactics. 4. We can regenerate up to 70 to 80% capacity, comparable to a new battery. 5. We can prolong the usage and battery life span up to 2-3 times longer. 6. We can drastically cut operation costs as much a 70% on a yearly budge. Repower - Battery Refurbishment Center:- Some time due to transportation or miss handling some batteries are damaged in spite of good internal condition and are put into scrape.
