Rhizomatic Artificial Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (PreceptsAI) builds sovereign AI infrastructure for India's regulated professional sectors: chartered accountants, doctors and clinics, and legal and compliance practices. Most AI tools sold to these professionals are generic, cloud-only, global-first wrappers, not built for India's regulatory environment, liability standards, or data residency needs. A CA, doctor, or lawyer cannot safely adopt AI where client data leaves Indian jurisdiction, outputs cannot be audited, or the tool has no grounding in India-specific statutes and codes. This gap is what PreceptsAI solves. Our innovation is a sovereign AI infrastructure layer that runs on a Precepts edge device installed on the professional's own premises, on top of which we build vertical products: Precepts FISC (CAs), Precepts CURA (doctors and clinics), and Precepts LEGIS (legal and compliance). Because the device runs on-site, client data never leaves the practice's custody. New verticals launch on the same device without rebuilding core technology, and gains in one strengthen all. This makes the model scalable: each vertical serves a large, underserved base of Indian professionals with no compliant, on-premise AI option today. Practices purchase a device sized to their capacity, then subscribe to update and support plans, giving PreceptsAI hardware margin plus recurring, high-margin revenue as adoption spreads across verticals.
