‘Ridenet Technologies’ is a social enterprise established with an aim of improving quality of life through technology and innovation. We measure our success through the positive social and ecological impact on society. Traffic congestion has been a main cause of frustration for a lot of us who commute daily by road since we end up spending significant amount of valuable time without doing anything. That's why we decided to look for technology solution that would enable us to reduce traffic on road. 'Ridenet' is a Gated Community created with a purpose of connecting people who believe in taking concrete actions to make a difference in the society. We have created this platform i.e., mobile application (MVP) that enables people who drive to work to connect with other people driving to work in different cars towards same direction or destination so that they could decide to travel together in one car. Our vision is to make India pollution free by reducing on road traffic by 30% considering we are able to reduce 2 out of 3 cars, thereby reducing energy consumption and emissions leading to air. pollution by 30%.
