Rishi Swan Private Limited is an innovative ed-tech startup aimed at transforming the way parents and tutors interact, ensuring transparency and accountability in the education sector. Our flagship app, Swan Tutor App is a unique platform designed to help parents and tutors work together professionally. It aims to organize the unstructured tuition market by making the process of hiring and working with tutors more transparent and efficient. Currently, the Swan Tutor App allows parents to officially hire tutors of their in real time. Unlike traditional methods, where parents keep a tutor informally, Swan acts as an agreement between parents and tutors, ensuring both parties work in a professional and accountable manner. For parents, education is an investment, but many don’t know if their child is truly improving under the tutor they hire. Parents often give money every month without understanding which subjects their child is excelling in, which need improvement, or how much progress is being made overall. The Swan Tutor App solves this problem by helping parents track the results of their investment in education. Swan also includes two advanced features to create better transparency: Swan Analysis: This feature helps parents track their child’s performance in specific subjects and overall progress, making it easier to see how the tutor is helping. Weekly Routine: This feature allows parents and tutors to plan lessons and monitor the child’s schedule, ensuring clear communication and goal setting. With Swan Tutor App, we aim to bring professionalism and accountability into the tuition market. By providing tools to track progress and fostering trust between parents and tutors, Swan is creating a more organized and reliable system for everyone involved.
