The startup operates an integrated manufacturing model with over 90% of production carried out in-house, covering design development, pattern making, fabric cutting, stitching, finishing, quality inspection and packaging. The company combines trend-driven product development, customized manufacturing, OEM and private-label capabilities with stringent quality control to enable retailers, brands and distributors to launch commercially relevant kidswear collections efficiently. By continuously studying consumer preferences, seasonal trends and market demand, RKGLOBAL develops fresh collections and rapidly converts concepts into finished products. The startup is also expanding its own branded collections through B2B distribution, wholesale and e-commerce channels across India. Its scalable manufacturing and distribution model aims to build a strong pan-India kidswear business while generating employment, strengthening domestic apparel manufacturing and delivering reliable quality, contemporary fashion and competitive value to customers.
