Roadway Solutions Precast Concrete Private Limited (the Company) is incorporated on 29th July 2019 under Companies Act, 2013. The Company is the first in India to build precast concrete bridges. The company has acquired high-end machines owing to which the on-site construction of bridges/concrete roads can be completed within 7 days. The curing of these concrete bridges can be done within 24 hours using the steam vapour concept. The HawkeyePedershaab crane-mounted concrete feeder works on a computer controlled guidance which allows the system to feed a box culvert of any size. The feeder is filled with dry-cast concrete conveyed from a central batching system and the scissor action mounting system enables the feeder to be moved both vertically and horizontally without swaying, thereby enabling accurate filling of any box culvert size and length. The modular form core of the machine which includes synchronised vibrators allows the form to be built with rigid stiffeners which helps in manufacturing precise and dimensionally accurate products. This technique is especially useful for manufacturing concrete blocks for the bridges as precision is a key requirement for bridge building. The Kraft Curing Vapor Generator has temperature sensor(s) and motorized vapor control valve(s) which accelerates the concrete hardening process and increases concrete quality through the controlled addition of heat and humidity. The curing ensures harder corners and edges and lesser breakage which ensures durability and dependability of the concrete blocks. The vapour generator helps in reducing operating costs as well as energy cost as compared to a steam boiler. Moreover, there is no heat-up or shut-down time required for the machine which ensures that work is completed in a short time period. The techniques used by these machines can play an instrumental role in the infrastructure industry and shall also contribute towards the infrastructural development of the nation.
