We’re Rohini People – a passionate team on a mission to make hiring more human and inclusive. It all started when Akshay Sarode, our founder, saw the massive gap in employment opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). Despite their talent and determination, so many were being left out simply because traditional hiring systems weren’t built for inclusivity. That didn’t sit right with him. So, instead of waiting for change, he decided to build it. We’re not your typical hiring platform. Think of us as the bridge that connects potential with purpose. We use a blend of technology, empathy, and expertise to train and place PwD candidates in jobs they love—while also working with employers to create truly inclusive workplaces. From customized training and AI-driven matching to workplace accessibility audits and sensitization workshops—we cover the entire journey. And we’re just getting started. We believe in the power of possibility. Every successful placement isn’t just a number on a dashboard—it’s someone getting a chance to thrive, to grow, to belong. And for us, that’s everything.
