RoomPe brings its first property in Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar. It will be operational from Academic Year 2020 - 2021 with a 60-bed capacity. In a highly fragmented market of paying guests and hostels, RoomPe will be the second brand to bring an exclusive coliving / PBSA for students. It will include upgraded facilities like library, gym, TV room, 24x7 security, reading space, indoor & outdoor games, community events, insurance, In-Resident mobile application apart from basic facilities like AC Rooms, food, laundry. RoomPe plans to expand its wings in almost all cities of India, particularly tier-2 cities. Post Ahmedabad – Gandhinagar; Vadodara, Surat Rajkot and Vallabh-Vidhyanagar by 2021. RoomPe intends to solve the issue of accommodation for millennial. RoomPe is very much keen to solve and organise highly fragmented Student residence & accommodation, paying guests, hostels with urban co-living solutions with the interference of technology, adding a sense of community with ultra-vibrant designs and facilities at nominal leasing policy RoomPe is actively planning to engage itself with universities, colleges, schools, entrance exam players and corporate to avail them on-campus/off-campus accommodation facilities. RoomPe will also bring facilities like co-living spaces ideal for young professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, interns, remote workers bringing a perfect blend of comfort, cost-saving and contemporary lifestyle. A few places, where due to lack of convenience or infrastructure; co-living spaces are not possible; RoomPe strives to offer ultra-luxurious paying guest facilities to work professionals (man and woman) & students with all possible facilities. RoomPe will also provide Hostel facilities to corporate and industries on the B2B model who wish to have its employees and workers avail facilities of boarding and lodging RoomPe is aiming to reach 33 cities by May - 2024, with main focus on occupancy and quality rather than a number of beds.
