We are a career intelligence platform that uses real workforce data from over 500 million career journeys—including Indian and global professionals—to show students what actually works in the real world. Think of us as Google Maps for careers: we don’t tell users what to do—we show them how people like them have succeeded, where they studied, what they learned, which skills made a difference, and what outcomes they achieved. We use publicly available alumni data, workforce analytics, job trends, and education-to-career mappings to deliver insights tailored to each user’s goals. For example, Routed can tell a student whether choosing College A or College B led to better salaries or international admits for people with similar profiles. It can highlight real skill gaps between students and their dream jobs, and even suggest specific people to reach out to—alumni who’ve walked the same path. Routed AI is not just a guidance tool—it’s an equity engine. By making career outcomes transparent and data-driven, we enable smarter decisions for students in Tier 2/3 cities, where access to quality guidance is limited. We also support government initiatives in employability, upskilling, and higher education planning by offering state-wise, university-wise, and field-wise career outcome data. In a country where a single decision—like choosing the wrong stream or college—can derail a student’s future, Routed AI brings clarity, access, and fairness back into the process.
