2.1. RST Semiconductors was born in 2012 with the idea to exploit the booming Smart Cards and Semiconductors Market in India and abroad. 2.2. In its very first year of existence RSTS was able to achieve a breakthrough by clinching a contract to provide complete CDMA Mobility solution to Indian Air Force. 2.3. Despite being one of the MSME and smaller player in this segment RSTS was able to attract many Big Ticket Clients in Smart Cards (SCOSTA Segment) and supplied 1 Crore Cards in first 18 months of operation. 2.4. RSTS was one of the first Manufacturer and first ever MSME to get the Coveted NPCI-RuPay Certification and was able to supply more than 2 Million Payment Cards in its very first year of NPCI-RuPay membership. 2.5. RSTS boasts of full capacity 3 independent lines of SIM, Banking, and Smart Cards/Plastic Cards with the aggregate capacity of 8 Million Cards.
