Product Innovativeness: We have developed Auto Guided Vehicles(AGV) named RAGHAV which automate non-value-adding industrial material handling. They offer 2x operational efficiency , safety & productivity compared to the otherwise manual process.Our products operate using the metallic/Coloured tape based guidance technologies developed in-house. Traditional Magnetic tape/Laser/Spot guidance technologies have heavy recurring expenses like reflectors,costly magnetic tapes, PVC flooring.Their installation time is very high, ranging between 1 week-1 month. Whereas our technologies offer greater usage flexibility and 3X more life, making our products Ready-to-use with substantially less installation time of 1 hour. RAGHAV AGVs also address the untouched complex problem of autonomous outdoor material handling within industrial premises, consisting of dynamic conditions like speed breakers, slopes and rough surfaces. Our innovative RAGHAV-S2S (Shop-To-Shop) model operates on tar/concrete roads, irregular surfaces with potholes and large slopes under industrial premises. Why our business is scalable? Wealth creation:Material handling is inevitable in all industries like manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food-beverages, electronics, defence etc. Market size for AGVs in India is nearly 12,000Cr INR. This market being in early stages of life cycle, we shall get the early-mover advantage. Our products enprovision saving on huge manpower losses & recurring costs.Our products cost as low as as 1/3rd of existing solutions. Hence, quick ROI. Employment generation: Given the innovative nature of product, continuous research and development is needed. Hence employing good R&D engineers is a necessity.
