We are focusing on digital transformation for SMEs. SMEs do not have big budgets to develop dedicated software systems that supports their needs. However, many of SME needs can be met by adopting and integrating right tools and technologies which are already available in the market. We will help SMEs for their digital transformation needs. For this, we will partner with eco-system of service providers and integrate these tooling for the client needs. Focus will be on stitching the available pieces together rather than reinventing the wheel. Revenue will be through SME customer as a setup fee, subscription and in some case through commissions for reselling software products. In this process, we would generalise certain use-cases and provide them as managed service for our customers. This will help us to innovate based on customer needs and scale our solutions to wider customer base.
