We at Safezone Multiservices Private Limited company provide manpower supply for domestic helps, events, restaurant staff, companies, residential societies, schools, hospitals, etc. We served all over pune and started serving pan India as people are overwhelmed with our services and demanding more and more. We provide maids for day today house chores, Nannies for children, caretakers for elderly people, Nurses for patients, drivers, property care takers, dog walkers, event staff, cook, chef, skilled and unskilled office staff, labors, housekeeping staff etc. This is very challenging field where people don't get the reliable staff for domestic helps and it is more difficult to maintain them for long-term. We are providing services where we provide the staff with unlimited replacements if staff leave the job, and backups if staff takes leave. With this start up we are creating more employment for the people who don't know how to get jobs on digital platforms. We are helping people by giving them training to get a good salary job. We are giving job security and regular income security to poor people who can work and earn their own pride by earning. We are making people trained for a good job opportunity and to help their family to survive. We helped many people by giving them jobs in difficult situation of COVID 19, where we provided the nannies and servants to the health workers by taking permission from police. So that health workers can do their duties smoothly. We are encouraging taking efforts for women empowerment so that women can contribute towards their family earning and can earn pride by contributing towards country wealth. We gave people Job with free facility of food and shelter so that their whole earning can be saved for their family needs. Our customers are fully satisfied with our services. There are other agencies who provides domestic helps but most of them are frauds in this industry and they don't provide support through out out the service. We are the only company in market who works on small commission with through out service support and hence customers happy with our pattern of services. We use digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Company website to advertise our business and get more requirements. We are giving part time domestic jobs for homemakers who has skill, willingness to earn for family but doesn't get opportunity for full-time job due to family responsibilities. And now they are happy by getting part times jobs nearby where they can earn in their free time. We are creating employment for unskilled people too by giving them opportunity to get experience with least skills. We provide jobs to the people who don't know how to get jobs in digital world. We are getting many positive reviews day by day from our customers and getting famous by mouth publicity too. Our rate of repeat customers are 90% where people experience bad service in market and again get our service due to service satisfaction. Our future planning is to being a corporate company for domestic helpers where we want to be able to provide free transportation options to the domestic helpers so that they can achieve a good job opportunity by taking free transportation. We are planning to give them PF and ESIC facility soon. And we are planning to develop a unique digital app for our business where we can provide more jobs in future and more customer base to contribute a good amount towards our national wealth.
