Sag Allamanda LLP is the brainchild of its founding partners - Amit Kumar and Gyanendra Kumar, initiated with a view to democratize organic food and snacks business and grant access of healthy alternatives to the people across Indian sub-continent and the world at large. The limited liability partnership has been incorporated on 10th day of March 2024, and is currently in the stage of ideation and early implementation. With roots in the state of Bihar, the startup is beginning its operations with the business of "Makhana cum Fox Nut" - an evolving superfood, and a very healthy alternative snacking option to the fast-paced world. The startup has initiated onboarding farmers as supply chain partners with the responsibility of growing fox nuts which meet the quality standards set by the expert consultants. Further, with the assistance of in-house team of experienced employees, the startup shall be engaged in cleaning, drying, roasting and popping processes and further packaging and supply chain management. The startup has also initiated deal making with Quick Commerce companies and started scouting for export businesses. Post the inception and successful implementation of Fox Nuts business, the startup further desires to expand into other organic food segments, and build a sustainable brand around the organic snacking industry.
