Sai Abhilasha Pvt. Ltd (SARE) plans to focus on Green Chemistries and in a Circular Economy paradigm to manufacture Products that are otherwise currently manufactured in a Linear Economy Paradigm that are energy intensive and create hazardous wastes. Further, the Company plans to use the wastes generated by Industry today to manufacture these products. To begin with, SARE would like to manufacture Sodium Silicate, activated Carbon and Green Silica from the ash generated by the Industry from the burning of Dry Biomass in Industrial Boilers.In the first Phase, SARE plans to set up a MTD ash processing Plant to make Sodium Silicate and Activated Carbon. The process has a minuscule manufacturing footprint and generate minimum effluent which is non-hazardous. By tweaking our process conditions we can produce different grades of the same product thereby targeting a wide market. Our products can be used for air pollution mitigation in Mines, as adhesives, in the construction industry as a waterproofing agent, in the pharmaceutical industry, for filtering material, purifying water and as catalysts in chemical processes among other uses. In the future we plan to expand our product portfolio by producing different allotropes of carbon, silica rich compounds, zeolites and catalysts.
