The WNDW platform is the only hyperlocal marketplace that covers all categories of retail, from fashion, electronics, home and living, beauty, sports, groceries and so on. Furthermore, as a result we are able to fulfil deliveries in 3 hours, which exceeds the industry standards. Also, while most marketplaces are product-focused, transactional websites that focus on moving merchandise, in WNDW the stores are made the star of the show. Furthermore, at WNDW we combine the best of both online and offline––providing store parity with product offering, quality, authenticity, and policies like returns, shipping and so on. This includes the latest ranges and collections, that are generally not seen in online marketplaces. To add to this, by syncing with brand loyalty Programmes, another feature unseen in mainstream marketplaces, the customer should feel like they are buying directly from their favourite stores. Lastly, WNDW aims to provide a more personal touch than the usual marketplace, by connecting customers directly to stores, via phone, live chat, etc., and will include live-streaming and video store walkthroughs as methods to add to it. The key features which differentiate us from the other online platforms are: 1. It’s a store-fulfilment model –– the store of choice –– where the customer continues to build on their relationships with their favourite stores, with all the comforts of a physical entity and convenience of e-tail. 2. It has all stores of all categories in a catchment that the customer is familiar with, providing extensive choice. 3. Deliveries in a best-in-class 3 hours for all categories, with groceries in 90 min, providing the biggest psychological satisfaction of instant gratification. 4. Each store will have a unique micro-site, a Storefront, where the brand identity is communicated to the customers, and in which near-real time catalogues are listed. For example: Max store, 100 feet road, Indiranagar and Max store, Oasis Mall, Koramangala will have their own micro-sites on the platform, visible to its hyper-local catchment. These Storefronts are customizable down to the store-level, allowing brands to highlight product ranges or promotions based on the specific catchment. 5. It has a built-in order hopping logic as well as multi-store check-out for added convenience and to ensure the order is fulfilled and the customer not left unattended. 6. Parity in product offering, quality, pricing, promotion, shipping and return policy and experience with the offline store is offered to the customer. 7. With trackable, hyperlocal deliveries in 3 hours, certainty in quality and authenticity, and store return policies, we believe that failure rates (RTO and returns) would be reduced to not more than 8 to 10%, vs 30% in most warehouse fulfilled e-commerce platforms.
