1. to carry on in India the business of providing microfinance services (mainly Non-Banking Financial Services as permitted by the Reserve Bank of India) in all its aspects including providing loans, hire purchase, leasing, mortgages, credit facilities, working capital finance, housing finance, discounting, credit facilities and other financing for buying of goods or merchandise of any description exclusively to economically active poor, self-help groups, individuals, companies, societies, merchants, traders, industries, commercial establishments, financial institutions, co-operative societies, non-government organizations, private, charitable, educational institutions or other entities, incorporated or not through group lending basis, joint liability group basis, individual lending basis or through any other method and advance money or give credit, with or without security, and to enter into guarantees, contract of indemnity and suretyship and to secure or guarantee in any manner and upon any terms of payment of any sum of money (as permitted by the Reserve Bank of India) or the performance of any obligations by any person, firm or any other company associated or not in any way with the Company in cities, towns, villages of India with a view to provide them sustainable livelihood enhancement based on their needs, skills and traditional livelihood occupations and providing a short and medium term financing with or without the security of residential or commercial or vacant land property or any other adequate security primarily to the Micro, small and medium enterprises engaged in the business of manufacturing, services and agriculture, self employed professionals, salaried employees, traders, retailers, businessmen, agents, distributors, companies, corporates and individuals for their requirement relating to expansion of business, working capital needs and or personal needs. 2. To carry on the business of financing and advancing short term or long term loans, advances or providing margin trade financing or credits to individuals, companies or association of individuals or any other person by whatever name called for any purpose and either on security such as shares, debentures, bonds, government securities, stock certificates, land, building or part thereof, machinery, plants, vehicles, stock in trade, bullion, other precious metals, commodities or any other security or on guarantee or to finance or give loan, advances or credit in any other form. 3. To engage in all forms of securitisation, instalment sale and/or deferred sale relating to assets to purchase/sale the book debts and receivables of companies and to lend or give credit against the same. 4. To act as business correspondent (BC) for one or more banks, financial institutions, NBFCs and other credit institutions under the business facilitator model and business correspondent model as notified by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time and to receive fees, commission or remuneration for the various services rendered in relation to the activities performed as a BC. 5. To render services as brokers, commission agents, and to act as trustees, executors, administrators, managers, agents or attorney, to carry on the business of retail and institutional distribution of financial products issued by Banks or any financial intermediary, to contract for and negotiate and issue and participate in funding any public and private loans and advances, underwriting contracts, mortgages, equity participation, cash credits, overdrafts and other financial facilities.
