Solid waste management is becoming more complicated by the invasion of e-waste, particularly computer waste. E-waste represents electronic products including computers, printers, photocopy machines, television, mobiles, and toys, which are made of sophisticated blends of plastics, batteries, metals, and other materials. It is an emerging problem because of the volumes of e-waste being generated and the content of both toxic and valuable materials. Disposal of the e-wastes is an emerging global environmental issue, as these wastes have become one of the fastest growing waste types in the world. We as a Green Technology company has formulated a Solid Waste management Program especially for solving the E-Waste issue. Our E-Waste Program establishes an affordable, integrated approach to electronic solid waste management based on the waste hierarchy of: - Reducing the amount and toxicity of material entering the waste flow (minimization); - Involving Cutting Edge technology and employ Local People - Reusing as much material as practicable; - Recycling the waste that cannot be used and recovery of resources; - Residue disposed of in an environmentally sound way. We have set up a Plant in Alwar Rajasthan, India and are getting actively engaged with IT companies (customers) so that E-waste can be collected from the source of its origin. We use the best available cutting edge technology and local people so that e waste problem can be solved along with generation of employment. We educate local people as well as train IT companies also about ways of e waste management.
