SalesX.io is a revolutionary product using deep learning to understand sales related insights from phone call recordings, emails, and notes and then automates followups based on the insights. But globally telephone calls are of low-quality audio files of 8Khz and converting that to text transcript using the machine is still a challenge as accuracy levels are less than 40% for companies like Google and IBM even today. SalesX focuses here with our deep prior expertise in telephony and tries to improve the accuracy using human verification (using India cost advantage) after machine-generated text transcript, that can take the accuracy levels to above 95%. This creates both wealth and job opportunities as we can attract global sales calls being handled here.
