Business analytics: We have successfully managed to implement the analytics for project data and generate dashboard reports, exception reports for effective management of projects. Our resources were credited with awards as “Visual is King” for the corporate dashboards developed and implemented in the organization. Experienced in implementation of OBIEE as Business Intelligence Reporting & Data Warehouse Tool. We are well-versed with other tools like Power BI Tableau. System assurance: One of the key aspects in an organization is how effectively the systems are being used i.e., what percentage of the system is actually in use. Many organizations have invested a good amount towards developing a functional system, but the effective usage is only 25 to 50%. Digitization or RPA implementation requires high level of systemization in the organization. Hence monitoring the data of systems is crucial to an organization. Samah Consultants have specialization and expertise in this area/field of work. We provide analysis of the system data to our customers to promote the digitization process. This process can help customers understand their readiness for digitization and RPA implementation. Collaborative working Collaborative working with third party is the need of the hour when it comes to digitization and optimizing the resource cost. The implementation has much bigger challenges for such applications than just developing. Key aspects that need to be looked into include having all construction contractors, suppliers, site materials team, engineering and procurement on an integrated solution platform and seamless flow of information. Suppliers’ data capture: The supplier’s data capture into the system constitutes as a major part of material management. A set of guidelines are mandatory in order to effectively operate and bring in such data. This is one of the weakest areas in many organizations. Our employees are specialized in this area i.e., numbering those and ensuring each and every item is being captured through the system. Data grows exponentially in EPC projects. Site teams and clients are highly benefited from this growth. For instance, loosing materials at site have minimized drastically and more importantly, this approach ensures timely completion of projects and hence, huge cost saving. ------ Readiness for RPA implementation Robotic process automation (RPA): RPA implementation is going to be mandated to each and every industry due to cost optimization measures. One of the essential steps prior to venturing into this direction is to see whether the organization is ready to go in this direction. RPA implementation requires a good amount of digitization and as a result, high quality data is required to be recorded into the system. Only then can RPA function smoothly and result for cost benefits. Hence the following are essential for RPA implementation:  Are the current systems developed catering to the RPA rollout?  How good is the quality of data in the system which can be effectively consumed by soft BOTs for replacing human beings.
