What is Samasth Living Private Limited (‘Settl.’)? Settl is a Bangalore based startup which undertakes full stack buildings from builders, transforms it to its standard and offers safe, comfortable, and fully furnished tech enabled co living spaces on rent which is all inclusive to the end users Idea of Starting Settl.? India is a young and aspiring nation where millennials do not want to compromise on their quality of lifestyle. We understand that there is huge potential and a need to build a better co-living brand to cater to this demand. Most of the current players are trying to fix the broken PG space. Settl.’s aim is committed to build a brand where all our members get safe and comfortable homes. We have thoughtfully designed common areas where members can live and collaborate with co- Settlrs in an inclusive and caring community. What are tech innovations? At Settl. We don't Settl.! Tech innovation is one of the core fundamentals on which we operate. We strive to bring technological intervention to make our members stay more comfortable. We have built Settl. Connect app which is a member-only app, One such example of tech innovation can be an IOT enabled feature that notifies our tenants if the washing machine that’s stationed in the common laundry area is free for their use or not via the Settl. Connect app. In addition to this, we have a landlord’s dashboard and several other tech-enabled products which bring better efficiency in execution and operations. Business Model: As a business we are asset light and We work with asset owners by providing technology and uber-cool urban design to build Settl. Homes; We offer them minimum rent guarantee plus revenue share and onboard the property on residential long term lease. Our model is designed in such a way that we provide hassle free experience to both asset owner and tenant.
