We at SAMBHAWANA are a team of social changemakers and professionals dedicated to the cause of developing sustainable livelihood facilitated by an intensive participatory process of natural resource development, Skill upgradation and local institutional development with particular emphasis on poor, women and young. We believe sustainable villages will exist in tandem with improvement in education health and life skills enhancement at ground level. We realize that the restoration and management of available natural resources offers significant opportunities for the enhancement of rural livelihoods. We help people evolve and adopt integrated and indigenous processes by which they can assume their own responsibilities to manage their own resources; define their needs and take decisions that improve their well- being. SAMBHAWANA also imparts trainings and transfers technology as required by the clients. Over its operation period it has offered different types of training including training needs assessment, module and manual preparation and imparting training as part of Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resources Development (HRD). At the heart of our work is our ability to collaborate with investors, implementing agencies and organizations to leverage the strengths and capabilities of all involved stakeholders to maximize the impact achieved. Our dedicated Research team specializes in Scoping, Strategizing and designing of suitable interventions. Define objectives and identify indicators, assimilation of learnings and supporting field team in impact maximization.
