With an aim to add value to our customer’s business by improving the quality of the blue-collar workforce in supply chain logistics industry, we have developed a tech platform - ‘Saprootz’. Industry Challenges we are solving: 1. Lack of tools to identify the right-fit Your workforce is the face of your business, any negative behavior traits can have a direct impact on the brand image. You do have tools for the background verification but still no mechanism for accessing the previous work reviews. 2. Lack of Assessment Tools No reliable tool to assess the potential behavior threats or skill gaps in your workforce which can cost you a customer or leads to a financial loss. 3. Lack of resources to train the workforce The shortage of skilled manpower and limited resources for training, delays the onboarding, leading to poor operation standards and service failures; hence poor customer experience.
