What we do? Scarlet engineering services began as a general mechanical contractors in the year 2014, and slowly and gradually the company started undertaking challenging projects and accumulated skills, Know-how and experience in material handling equipment’s, we are a responsive, professional and dedicated organization in the equipment supply and services business providing Business-to-Business services for all type of material handling , special purpose machines and related engineering works, we ensure our client to provide the most advantageous solution to improve their equipment efficiency and life and maintain the operative costs minimum through our integrated service capability. Our objective is to provide our client an “I am Assured” experience when they choose us to execute their project. Our focus on clear communication and follow through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are on top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes. How we do it? 1. We serve our clients in many ways like we undertake supply, erection and commissioning of the equipment’s, refurbishment, revamping, repairing, overhauling, modification, automation, electrification, annual maintenance, manufacturing, Re-engineering and re-designing of material handling equipment’s and spares. 2. We are equipped with modern tools, expert technicians & engineers, due to our in-depth knowledge about technology, equipment and immediate response time, we assure our client to keep their equipment’s operative and in good condition. 3. Our strength is our team –our management and operational group are highly skilled in their field, our primary aim is to execute the task safely and within stipulated timeframe The five basic elements (Pillars) of our business are 1. Preparing detailed schedule and resource planning 2. Clear communication with all our counterparts 3. Constant monitoring of projects with fine tuning whenever needed. 4. Through quality norms and safety assurance. 5. Handover of site within stipulated and committed timeframe. For whom we do it? 1. We consider ourselves as an authorized service partner of Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMS’) and help them to provide all kind of services to their customers. We are genuinely client focused and continually seeking improvements in our service, we assure OEM that we will form the ideal partnership to deliver quality, value adding solutions, timely and cost-effective service as per their expectations. 2. We also facilitate many other small and big process industries that are having material handling equipment’s or any process plant equipment, for them we are their extended partners in terms of maintenance and project team. We undertake machine maintenance, installing, shifting, modifying, automation for their existing equipment’s and systems, in-short we provide comprehensive solutions to all sort of engineering products. Our customers are Our ideal clients are busy and ambitious business owners who struggle to achieve everything they want to achieve. Our clients understand the value of a maintenance and project team and are ready to learn how to delegate, but find it challenging to let go of their quest for perfection, find quality maintenance and project team members and commit to creating a team that can thrive, even without them being hands-on.
