INTRODUCTION : Scheme Art Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. was started as Scheme Art Builders with a maiden real estate Residential – cum – commercial project ‘Sri Rama Chandra Apartments in 2008 with an eye to provide quality infrastructure and housing in the state of Odisha. Since its inception, Santosh Kumar Mohapatra the man behind this Company has believed that there is only one mantra for success : Quality. This credo combined with uncompromising values, customer-centricity, robust engineering, and transparency in business operations, has placed it amongst the ‘most preferred’ real estate brands in Odisha. With an eye for a comprehensive future growth ‘Scheme Art Real Estate Pvt. Ltd.’ was established in 2010 and has completed multiple residential cum commercial projects successfully. Now, having already the experience and credentials along with a dedicated team of skilled work force and associated with specialized consultants the Company is all set to diversify into infrastructure sector along with landscaping by participating in Govt. sponsored infra-schemes and other industrial infrastructure projects in Odisha. At - Keonjhar. 6. Supply of Covid - 19 Medical Equipment's for MCL Jharsuguda, Talcher & DPCL, Bhadrak. Managing Director : Santosh kumar Mohapatra, the founder member of the Company is a multi-faceted person having a great deal of experience in construction. He follows the same principles in construction as well as in real estate developments. Having also acquired construction experience in executing various projects for Govt. of Odisha in departments such as Roads & Buildings, PWD, RD as well as Indian Railways for more than 20 years alongside his catering and hospitality business has inspired him to enter real estate business to cater to the aspirations of the urban middle class population for acquiring quality affordable homes in Odisha. Due to his consistent eye for quality in product and services that Scheme Art Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. has already created a niche for itself in the still primitive stage of Odisha’s real estate and housing sector.
