Oxfordcaps, founded by Annu Talreja, Co-Founder & CEO and Priyanka Gera, Co-Founder & COO, operates student housing platform providing end-to end solution to students. Oxfordcaps provides technology-enabled and community-driven living experience designed for the Gen Z Students in India and Singapore. The student residences have been designed to provide a great living environment which is hassle free, and includes all kinds of amenities: fully furnished rooms, common areas, wi-fi/ internet services, professional housekeeping, security provisions and food. In India, OxfordCaps is present in Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Dehradun, Indore, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. We are operating ~9,000 beds across these cities in the current academic year. Business Models . The Company has 3 broad models under which it operates its properties: 1. B2C – Properties are sourced by the Company and customers are also acquired by the Company. In this model the properties are owned by third-party landlords and leased to the Company. 2. B2B – Type 1 – Company ties up with a university wherein the university underwrites demand i.e. customer is a student of the university and the university provides our facility as the hostel facility. These hostels are owned by third-party landlords and leased to the Company 3. B2B – Type 2 – Company ties up with a university to manage the on-campus hostels of the university. In this model the properties are on-campus and are owned by University trusts/ owners of the university in personal capacity. The Company provides a fee for the usage of the facility and provides the same bouquet of offerings as under the other 2 models For Scholar Alley Private Limited
