SciVision Centre of Excellence Private Limited (Hereby referred to as "SciVision" or "Company"), is a pioneering deep tech startup, that leads preventive maintenance innovation for continuous processing plants through it's AI/ML platform, powered by AI + physics-based predictive intelligence. SciVision’s solution integrates real-time sensing, digital twins, anomaly detection, signature identification, and machine running oversight to deliver predictive corrosion, noise, vibration, life and fracture analytics, AI-driven maintenance scheduling, risk ranking, and multidisciplinary physics models for oil & gas, energy, and aerospace assets. By ensuring operational safety via proactive incident prevention and economic viability through optimized operations, it achieves 30% downtime reduction, 20% maintenance cost savings, and 25–40% asset life extension with ROI in 12–24 months. SciVision, would like to bring its key technologies to bear on today’s continuous processing plants and would like to assess the experienced views of the individuals closest to the field and running of continuous processing plants to understand their day to day situations and enable target solutions to alleviate their pain points.
