SeaFlite Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd. incorporated on 19th Sep 2022 under the Companies Act, 2013 registered office is in Mumbai, India. Planning to Operate as a Non-Scheduled Operator with main base in Mumbai and proposed flight operations in Andaman & Nicobar Islands under the Government of India UDAAN Scheme to provide seamless air connectivity between the Islands. Phase I - Obtain Non-Scheduled Operator Permit To qualify for bidding under UDAAN Scheme we need a Non-Scheduled Operator Permit. In order to meet this requirement SeaFlite will Dry Lease one Bell 407 Helicopter on a monthly lease rental basis. This will generate revenue to support Manpower payroll and Company expenses and qualify SeaFlite to bid for routes under UDAAN. Phase 2 - Bid Routes under UDAAN Scheme Will bid for routes under UDAAN Scheme to fly in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Twin Otter 400 aircraft will be on dry lease to support our flight operations. Phase 3 - Bid Routes under UDAAN Scheme (Sea Plane or Amphibian Operations) Will bid for seaplane routes under UDAAN Scheme to fly in Andaman & Nicobar Islands and future bidding for other routes in PAN India.
