Diverse product offerings: Seaweed can be used to produce a wide range of products, from food and feed to biofuels, packaging materials, and pharmaceuticals. This diversity of product offerings enables seaweed startups to serve multiple markets and meet various sustainability challenges. Nutritional value: Seaweed is a highly nutritious food source, rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
